I called gsi. They don't have parts for the old model. I know pressure cooking. I'm macrobiotic. Nice lid. Lighter design. It doesn't meet my expectations. I hope this review helps you.Terrible receipe book. Cooking rice is funky.

High-performance, non-reactive, hard anodized aluminum construction provides exceptional efficiency and uniformity. Lighter, more compact design makes pressure cooker easier to store and carry. Triple safety system locks lid until all pressure has dissipated. Independent release valves prevent over pressurization, even if one valve becomes clogged.
