Hi, The Shellback 2.0 plate carrier uses 10 x12 inch ballistic plates, which can be shooter's cut or SAPI cut. The specific model of the 2.0 series determines the exact plate size, with most models designed to hold 10 x12 plates.

whats the ridgeback plate made of. Aramid fibers are mentioned but that is not the plate

Hi, I believe they are made of alumina ceramic, Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), and aramid fibers.
