I just used one of these in a 22-250 build. This firearm functions flawlessly. This buffer works perfectly and is coupled with a Geissele Super 45 twisted wire spring. I dont hear any noise in the stock and the recoil is minimal and operates smoothly...

I am using these in Ar10 platform rifles. They work perfectly. Along with a Geissele Super 42 spring recoil is negligent in my 22-250 without a muzzle brake. This is easy enough to install without disassembling the firearm.
