The GTEC AR15 Sling can be used on any weapon that utilizes a AR-15 sling swivel. The AR-15 sling is a single point sling that attaches to the rear sling swivel socket allowing the weapon to hang in the "off" position. The GTEC AR15 Sling swivels in the "off" position allowing the shooter to move the rear sling swivel to the front swivel allowing the shooter to position the single point sling to the rear sling swivel and use the front swivel to engage the second point of contact on the sling to engage the second point of contact and so on. The second point of contact is usually the bolt of the sling as in the AR sling. This makes attaching the sling to the rear bolt of the AR is very simple. Just slide the rear bolt shut, then attach the sling to the rear bolt, taking care that the sling does not get caught in the cross-bar mechanism of the bolt.
