The Hogue AR-15/M16 Collapsible Buttstock will work if you have a Mil-Spec Carbine length buffer tube on your Aero Precision M5. The Hogue AR-15/M16 Finger Groove Beavertail Grip Purple might work with an Aero Precision M5, but since it is meant for Mil-Spec Ar15's fitment cannot be guaranteed.
