Mine arrived with handle and rod out of alignment - so handle wobbles as rod turns. With only one moving part, it seems like it wouldn't be hard to get right. Pros: good idea Cons: poorly made

* The rod came loose where it was cemented to the handle. Hoppes offered to replace it, but I didn't want to pay the postage or endure the hassle, so I fixed it myself. It's been working great ever since. Probably a fluke, and it was easily fixed....

The advanced design has a comfortable, ergonomic handle too-the rifle rod even rotates to follow delicate barrel rifling. Length 36".

The Bore Guide prevents damage caused by misalignment, which protects precision crowning when cleaning from the muzzle end of your gun. Plastic guide slips easily onto cleaning rod.
