I can't see any logical reason why you couldn't but consider the fact that these were made with the intention of being fired out of a SBR ranging from 7.5-12.5 at the max so performance and reliability may vary. You'd be better off exploring the hundreds of other loads from Hornady or other manufactures that are comparable in price and have far better performance your specific twist and barrel length.
