I literally wore out/dulling the old Hornady pp small reamer head, after estimated 10 years & many thousands of primer pockets reamed. Since I had given my spare to my son, I purchased some new reamer heads. Appear like the original item.

Hornady products are dependable. This small primer pocket reamer works great and lasts longer than other comparable reamers i have used even RCBS or Lyman. The reamer can be insert into a hand tool or into a Hornady case prep tool.

Hornady pocket reamer by Blowout, Verified Owner, November 22, 2014
Worked out much better than the Lyman reamer I was trying to use. Put this in a drill driver and reamed about 5-600 223 brass without any issue. Used a Lyman hex extension that the reamer threaded into to allow use of the drill driver.
