Can I load a 30-30 with these SUB-X 190 and if so what powder and how much?

Yes you can, but most people use this for subsonic loads,(muzzle velocity under 1100fps) which one can load with most any bullet, but few RIFLE bullets will expand at as slow of speeds as this bullet is designed to do. Load data is readily available with a simple load data search on the bullet.
