How long will this provide constant power in a day and how long does it take to charge gonna need a constant 11000 watts year round

Actually, you're all misinterpreting the specs. This is listed as a 12kw hour power supply, the output, if you look, is 3kw. So, at the rated output, 12kw hours is only four hours of output at the full output of 3 kw. Or to summarize, it CAN'T output 11 or 12 kilowatts.
