These all say “left handed”… “Left Handed” meaning the thumb ledge is on the left of the frame?

If you are left handed then you would want the thumb ledge on the right side. To be safe you can get the ambi model.

Will this work with the p365 Fuse full length slide?

Yes all p365 componare interchangeable, while some may look funny like a fuse on a standard 10rd module, the Fuse from Sig uses the same exact grip module as all the other polymer macro modules. I would recommend getting the new axg fuse grip module. It’s amazing, it’s aluminum and while $300 it’s actually a decent deal compared to other aluminum models and it’s feels amazing.

The main complaint about the aluminum grip is that it gets hot. The poly grip is much cheaper with less heat. I only wish that they advised me at the time of purchase to order the extended mag release to speed-up mag exchanges.
