Too small for large hands
I wouldn’t recommend this grip frame for anyone who wares lg-xl gloves. With the flared Magwell. It’s just not comfortable to hold. I have other Icarus products and they are great. great grip
This is a choice as there is a lot to pick from. Good feel on the hand, nice improvement in the beaver tail as well. If your from California note to make sure you pick the correct model.

Outstanding P365X macro grip module
Great stippling, palm swell gives a firm grip, the gas pedal (thumb rest) is a nice upgrade, just be sure and get left for left hand operator,/ right for right hand operator, I made the mistake thinking it meant the side the thumb rest was on, it was a final sell so they wouldn't exchange a left hand module for a right hand, just $13.00 difference in the full price one that I could have exchange for the one I needed had I not bought the hot deal that turned into a cold deal for me. I went to Icarus website and caught them on sell for a right hand operator for $59.99 they sold out quick, when I went back to see if they still had them in stock for a friend. So I probably will just buy another Spectre slide and slap it on the lefty since I have a spare P365 FCU

Turns your P365XL into a beast.
Got this to transform my Sig P365XL from a 12 round conceal carry, into a 17 round conceal carry with actual performance...keeps it lightweight, but now with 17round mags, a grip you can hold onto with oily hands, a magwell and thumb ledge for recoil management and still conceal it well...You will need to order the XMacro magazine release for these, your XL will not work

Like a new Gun!
I love my factory X-Macro, so much so I never thought it could be improved. Then after months of having this in my cart I finally fo'd and I'm glad I did! This grip module feels like it was made for my hand. I love that it's not any wider than the Sig module, I didn't want a swell in the palm or changed ergos like the Wilson module. It feels like the Sig module but better. The aggressive stippling provides a much better grip, especially with the higher undercut trigger guard. The polymer does feel thinner than the Sig, time will tell how it holds up, but as for now I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

icarus air polymer grip module
Perfect upgrade for you p365 xmacro, and plus this grip will still work with your regular macro holster ONLY IF it is a light based holster mine is for a tlr7sub and with a little tension adjustment it fits perfect. This grip gives you a much better purchase on the gun and way more control, I have yet to shoot with it but I’m certain it will be a much better shooter. The only thing if your carrying with this holster the grip texture is a little too aggressive for comfort personally and the flared magwell does print a little, but both of these things I was expecting so no disappointments with this grip and for being half the price of the ace grip, I highly recommend if your not trying to completely break the bank, in my opinion it’s worth every penny.

Icarus polymer grip almost perfect
Great grip the stippling is amazing. The trigger guard is a little. It would probably give a shooter trouble if they have large fingers or shoot with gloves on but everything else is A+.
