Got three of these things. Two of them are mounted on ar-15s very rugged and easy to use no problems even when using in rifle classes. Have 2000 rounds on one of them and just changed batteries. Pros: Effective and rugged Cons: none

EOTech has combined the military-proven visible laser technology from EOTech Laser Aiming Module (LAM) with the high intensity torch of EOTech M3 Weapon-Mounted Flashligt, to make an unbeatable tactical combination. The 4-position Mode Selector switch coupled with EOTech patented Slide-Lock mounting design allows mission-specific operation across a variety of tactical platforms.image
