The Lancer Handguard Sig Mpx 6.5" M-lok Handguard will accept any picatinny to M-LOK accessory rail that measures up to 3.8" in length. However, the rail made specifically for this handguard is manufactured by LongShot Manufacturing and can be found on their website.

It’s carbon fiber. Not much else to say here. It fits like a glove and looks great. Get a rail for the top otherwise it looks kind of odd. Highly recommend. It’s also extremely light. Running this on a 6” barrel MPX.
