Can anyone link the M-LOK accessory rail that fits into the 12 o'clock slot please?

The Lancer Handguard Sig Mpx 6.5" M-lok Handguard will accept any picatinny to M-LOK accessory rail that measures up to 3.8" in length. However, the rail made specifically for this handguard is manufactured by LongShot Manufacturing and can be found on their website.

I have the Sig MPX Carbon Handguard – 6.5″. Is there a rail that will fit the top position perfectly to extend the top rail? Very hard to find.

Yes, look up the company LongShot Manufacturing. They make a top rail specifically for this lancer hand guard.
