Works as described using my RCBS rock chucker. Just follow the enclosed instructions to your reloaded. This die Crimped my 9mm shell casings to have a smoother transition to each of the bullets, without issues.

Lee Precision Taper Crimp Pistol Reloading Dies For 9MM/38 Super/380 ACP/38 ACP - The Lee taper crimp dies is hardened steel designed to overcome crimp problems caused by poor 9MM Reloading Dies. These dies offer little or no advantage when used with 1986 or newer Lee dies as the crimp angle is already modified taper crimp. Jacketed bullets must have a crimp groove.
