Product Info for Leki Khumbu Lite AS Trekking Poles

The Khumbu Lite AS (Antishock) is a lightweight trekking pole for all your future mountain adventures. The Khumbu Lite AS comes with the DSS damping system which reduces impact forces, making it easier on your muscles, joints and ligaments. The time-proven Aergon CorTec grip provides the perfect grip to ensure maximum hand comfort and performance. This durable 3-section collapsible pole is made with HTS 6.5 Aluminum. At just 252 g (9 oz) per pole, the Khumbu Lite is the perfect low-weight workhorse to power you on your next journey. The Speed Lock plus lever allows for quick and secure adjustment anywhere you desire between 100 135 cm.image

Features of Leki Khumbu Lite AS Trekking Poles

  • Aergon Cor-Tec Grip: Ergonomic grip with lightweight and edgeless design for optimum comfort and various gripping positions. Rounded top allows for comfortable palming of the grip on descents. Integrated 8degrees positive angle keeps wrists in a neutral and comfortable position.
  • Lock Security Skin Strap: Adjustable security strap made from breathable, lightweight and soft material for maximum comfort.
  • Heat treated aluminum, super sturdy, extremely robust and very durable.
  • Speed Lock +: Extremely fast and easy adjustment of the pole length even whilst wearing gloves. 27% smaller and 35% lighter than Speed Lock 1. Adjust the tension as needed without using tools.
  • Trekking Basket 2.0: prevents sinking into soft surfaces and protects the lower shaft.
  • Interchangeable basket system: makes it easy to screw on/off various LEKI baskets (not included) for different seasons or uses; offset threads help to keep the baskets securely in place.
  • DSS Tip: Antishock system built into the tip for a reduction of peak impacts by approx. 40%, protecting muscles, joints and ligamnets. Carbide tip for perfect grip.
