No, it will not. Leupold and Weaver do not share the same sunshades. Most riflescope manufacturers do not have interchangeable sunshades so one companies sunshades will only fit their scopes and no one elses.

Works wonderfully. Provides excellent protection against sun and is unseen while on. The bikini cover that comes with the scope does work with these when installed. Be careful, they can easily cross thread if you're not cautious.
