I have a Lockdown in Plain Sight Shelf mounted on wall in my home. The shelf will not open with the card (none of the cards). How can I open it up. Manufacturer Answer

Do not buy this unless you need a new target stand by Jake, March 26, 2021
Came with two wood screws to tie into the wall. Knowing it would not be enough, went and bought four lolly bolts. With nothing in the shelf, the backside sagged and gave out. There were no installation instructions.
