The 11.5" barrel does not come with a front sight post it is left up to the end user to decide what they want.

Is this an f marked front sight block? Manufacturer Answer

The 11.5" barrel will have an F marked front sight base that is 1.98" tall or .04" taller than non F marked front sight basses.

Great setup for the price, barrel seems solid and fsb is setup p nicely. My only small gripe is that the FSB doesn't have a front sight post so you will have to source one.

I bought this barrel to build a XM177E2 repro. I added a couple parts to finish it, then put it on my repro M16a1 upper receiver. Now I have a SWEET Looking M16 - XM177E2 Clone.

3 gas tubes later. Gas tube hole in fsb is not deep enough for the roll pin hole to line up. Been nothing but problems time and money wasted

If you think this is a pencil barrel it is not. Even though the description says it’s light weight it is not a thin barrel. The barrel does not come with a front sight post or a sling swivel which is not mentioned in the description.
