The quality is great and it does the job if you're using a FRT. H2 is embossed in the face of the buffer. So it's identified without removing it from the weapon.

H2 Double Tungsten .223/5.56 Carbine Buffer Body
Using a heavier AR-15 buffer helps reliable function with short gas system rifles. You may also experience a reduction in felt recoil.
The H2 contains 2 tungsten slugs and a single steel slug in the buffer for a total weight of 4.8 oz or .30 lbs.
