Yes, the Magpul Industries Clip-on Cheek Riser is compatible with the MOE AK and Zhukov-S Stocks. Will not interfere with storage access on MOE Stock or the folding mechanism on the Zhukov-S Stock.
That would depend on how high the Vortex Crossfire is sitting on top of the rifle. However, the .25" Magpul Industries Clip-on Cheek Riser, AK47/AK74 should work but I recommend determining how high your optic is in order to get an idea of the best riser height for you and your set up.
This works very well as a cheek riser, it's solid and clips on easily. I am using this on a Zhukov-S stock. I bought the 3/4" riser which is the perfect height, it provides a very fast consistent cheek weld.
