Works very well but.....
This works very well as a cheek riser, it's solid and clips on easily. I am using this on a Zhukov-S stock. I bought the 3/4" riser which is the perfect height, it provides a very fast consistent cheek weld.
The only downside is that if you use this riser on a Zhukov stock on your AK, you still can fold the stock for transport with no problem. If you want to fire the gun with the stock in the folded position it will not work with this riser and probably not with any of the other size risers either.
That is why I knocked it down to 4 stars.
This will not be a problem with the fixed MOE stock...

Zhuko Zastava M90
Perfectly fit cheek riser on the Zhuko. I got the .50” and it was the perfect height. I wouldn’t mind having all three sizes.

Useful but should've been included with stock
Really helps with getting a good cheek weld on an AK platform when using 2.26" riser optics. Just wish Magpul wasn't so greedy and included these with the stock...

Personalized Fit For Almost Everyone
For me and my M70, the .25" works perfect for the irons or the Vortex SPARC Solar when mounted on the SLR gas tube on an Aimpoint super low QD mount and the .75" works perfect for the LPVO mounted in Warne Mountain Tech low rings on an AK Master Mount optics mount or my PA 3x Microprism with no risers in the factory mount. I wish I could find the .50" somewhere, in any color, but especially in plum to match my other two, because I think that would be the ideal height for my PA 3x Microprism if I mounted it directly to the AK Master Mount without a base. I love that these were made in plum and that I at least was able to acquire a low and a high. Now, how about everyone else join me in badgering Magpul to make limited runs of both picatinny and M-Lok rail covers in plum for our AKs!

Great Addition to Zhukov - S
The .75 rise was exactly what I needed to get more in line with my red dot. I’m running the Romeo5 without the optics riser on the Midwest Industries scope mount (full rail). This set up with the Magpul riser is money. Huge difference from the wood stock where I had to come up of the stock more in order to see my sight.

Magpul wins again!
I got this cheek riser for the Zhukov-S stock on my ZPAPM70 to elevate my cheek just a bit higher so as to use my optic sight window more reliably. It works great, and if I take my optic off, the riser doesn't obscure my iron sights, which allows me to seamlessly transition between optic and irons without having to pry the riser off. A great addition!
