So I got the Gen 2 for my new AR-15 450 Bushmaster build. Love it, tough, durable & it looks so good on my build too. Someone years ago actually compared the Gen 1 UBR to 5 or 6 other stocks with a 6’ drop test. UBR was only one that survived intact.

I did not expect this stock to be as solid as it is. For an adjustable stock, when you lock this thing in at your desired LOP it does not move! No wiggle, no rattle, motionless! I was impressed! Magpul products have yet to let me down.

The Magpul Industries UBR Gen2 Collapsible AR15/AR10 Carbine Stock is an update of the original Utility/Battle Rifle stock. These AR15 Stocks from Magpul Industries adjust to 8 different positions so you can set up to establish a comfortable, consistent cheek weld and shoot more accurately. Magpul UBR Gen2 Collapsible AR Carbine Stocks fit as solid as a fixed stock with no rattling and feel substantial for better balance on the whole gun. Front and rear QD sling attachment points make sling installation easy. The Magpul Industries UBR Gen2 Collapsible Carbine Stock makes an excellent upgrade for any AR15 or AR10.

- Solid fixed stock lockup and consistent cheek weld in all positions.
- 8-Position LOP adjustability.
- Adjustment lever requires only gross motor movement to operate yet the entire stock remains streamlined and anti-snag.
- Enhanced lock mechanism with dual locking pawls for maximum drop strength and shock resistance.
- Multi-shell construction provides solid foundation and shields critical operating parts from penetration damage.
- Sloping cheek weld combines a slim profile with user comfort.
- Storage Compartment in tail of stock is removable and the door is reversible for user preference.
- Rubber butt-pad offers an anti-slip surface and increases impact protection.
- Rollover on the toe allows for easier shoulder transitions and better fit when using body armor.
- Sling Mounts: Front - QD swivel mount for ambidextrous one-point QD sling mounting; Left/Right Rear - Rotation-limited QD swivel sling mounts fit up to 1.5-inch push-button swivels; Bottom - 1.25-inch sling loop (additonal loop accessible when Storage Compartment is removed).
