They are designed for the PMAG GEN M2 models. They will fit PMAG GEN M3 however they will not adequately seal that magazine against debris intrusion.

These fit the Magpul PMag Gen 2 virtually air tight. They also fit the Gen 3 really well, though there is a tiny gap on the back side (maybe 1mm). If you're using them for sand storm defense, that might be an issue on the Gen 3, but I mainly got them...

Used to come with M2 mags. Good add on to preserve mag feed lips and keep out dirt. There is a version for M3 mags, so Optics Planet should carry them.
