The buffer spring will not change between calibers, just platforms and carbine vs fixed stocks. The buffer itself can vary based on your particular rifle. The safest would be to go with the standard carbine buffer, but the heavier H buffers will slow the bolt for a better feeling recoil response. With a fully open gas block, most of the time, the H3 can run reliably. This will differ though based on gas port size.
perfect buffer spring and buffer for 9" barrel,ejects at correct angle.high quality as expected from maxim defense. just wish it was an option when buying the brace for the price,but overall happy with the complete setuo. definitely worth the money!
They were pretty quick to ship. Part is as described. Not issues with the install. I think Gisele springs are a little more robust but you pay for what you get. Would recommend to people replacing an old buffer
