Yes, you could mount the Troy Rear Tritium Folding Battle Sight at a 45 degree offset but would need another mount other than the Trijicon RMR mount. Now if you are talking about mounting an RMR at an offset, as well as your iron sights that will work also.

Sights are great sights, not as bright as they should be , but they will work just fine even when the tritium dies. You want an actual battle sight this is the way to go, plastic sights are junk for war.
