The 4.5 inch Super Slim X M-Lok forend from Midwest Industries features a 4140 heat treated barrel nut and a 4140 heat treated torque plate that ensures the handguard can be installed and removed without incident. Unlike other forends the 4.5in X is a full seven sides of M-Lok giving you the space you need to mount multiple accessories and devices. The patented anti-rotation QD swivel sockets built into the handguard prevent any movement or wobble over time. The handguard also features a continuous 1913 picatinny rail on top that allows multiple devices to be mounted without end caps and without gaps on either side of the handguard.
