Midwest Industries does not provide dimensions for their Hk Mp5k Top Rail. It is split between half picatinny, and M-LOK. You may be able to fit a magnifier and red dot sight on the picatinny section, however, I would recommend contacting Midwest Industries directly for confirmation.
Overall when installed well it works and has some nice features like the M-Loc slot.
