The Midwest Industries MI HK MP5K Top Rail is specifically designed for the MP5K model and is not compatible with the G3. For G3 compatibility, you would need a different rail system.

Midwest Industries does not provide dimensions for their Hk Mp5k Top Rail. It is split between half picatinny, and M-LOK. You may be able to fit a magnifier and red dot sight on the picatinny section, however, I would recommend contacting Midwest Industries directly for confirmation.
