The swivel is rotation limited. it will not complete a full circle.

What is the center from screw to screw Expert Answer

The manufacturer doesn't specify the distant between the screws on the Midwest Industries MWI M-Lok QD Sling Adapter. I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to that information.

Using this on the forward-most mlok slot will move the sling swivel forward ~7/8" compared to using a traditional sling adapter (with the socket centered on the slot). 7/8" doesn't sound like much, but it's a huge difference if you have a short rail...

Great piece of hardware. The tapering makes this a great solution for those needing a QD sling attachment point on an MOE or MOE SL Handguard. Fire away guys. This one locks up tight and won’t break the bank.
