Using this on the forward-most mlok slot will move the sling swivel forward ~7/8" compared to using a traditional sling adapter (with the socket centered on the slot). 7/8" doesn't sound like much, but it's a huge difference if you have a short rail or a WML mounted at 12:00 on the very end of the rail.
The lower edge of the adapter was not comfortable when using a c-clamp grip for an extended period of time, so I rounded the edge with a grinding wheel and put a ranger band around it for padding. I wish the edge wasn't quite as square from the factory, but this is still a great adapter. Much better for short rails than the traditional QD sling adapters
