The Midwest Industries Upper Height Gas Block with Machined Rail For .750 Diameter Barrels is a 1913 Spec Rail machined to same height as A-4 uppers. If you uninstall a front sight post and replace it with this gas block you can use drop in handguards as long as you retain the handguard cap.
