Usually the top adjustment will be for the elevation while the side adjustment will be for the windage.

The unit's screws stripped and its very hard to get it to zero. Im not saying this is the worst thing out there just be very careful with the zero screws. Pros: bright and,cheap Cons: screws stripped out
