Nordic Cooling Units has "raised the bar" on the quality and dependability of remanufactured cooling units.

2-Year Standard Warranty

A purchased Nordic Cooling Unit is covered against manufacturing defect for two full years from the date of the original installation. In the event of a failure due to manufacturing defect Nordic will pre-pay the freight for the replacement unit and will pay the dealer's service department up to 250 for the removal of the failed unit and reinstallation of the replacement.

To activate your warranty, it is required that within 30 days of installation the customer fill out a warranty activation form and submit it at www.NordicCoolingUnits.com. Receipt of the exchange core (at Nordic's expense) is also required for specified models. Customers without web access may contact Nordic Cooling Units for assistance.
