Yes, this grip extension will allow two extra rounds to be loading. Glock recently changed the magazine follower spring in these models and added an extra spring loop, which would make those models only be a plus one.

I have these on a few of my Mags. They help with gun control by providing a place for your little finger. I do file the front of the extension a bit, because they can be uncomfortable while shooting. A compact 10mm has a bit of recoil.
