The Pelican 1060 Micro Cases / Dry Boxes include a rubber liner for extra protection doubles as o-ring seal but does not include a foam insert. The foam insert is sold separately and can be found linked below:

The seal is perfect. Very tight! The interior grips well and is padded nice and smooth for extra safety for your belongings. Very durable and worth every penny! I know I can count on this one to last a while.
