It took un-staking my gas key and installing a special key with a cutout semi-circle to fit the cam pin into it's home. The action is noticeably smoother with less friction. I just wonder howlong it is going to last.

Product Info for POF USA AR-15 Roller Cam Pin Assembly
While traditional AR cam pins have a square head, the 307 Roller Cam Pin Assembly from POF USA has a rounded head to reduce friction and drag. This is one of the many improvements POF USA has made to reduce friction inside your AR upper, preventing the component from dragging across the inside of your upper receiver and damaging the metal. It is made from aluminum with a stainless finish, and it fits any gas piston carrier for rifles chambered in .223 or 5.56x45mm NATO.
