Will this ambi selector allow you to do a 45 and 90 degree throw or only 90? Expert Answer

This POF USA Ambidextrous Selector Switch is a 90 degree selector. I would recommend the Radian Weapons Talon Ambidextrous 45/90 Safety Selector, found by using the link below:

Ambi selector by LONG AR, Verified Owner, April 19, 2017
Very good details, heavy duty have the pof sign machined in the leveler which is not many company have. It smooth transition between safe and fire . The selectors are both long which in the way for ambi user, should have one short.

Firm and secure installation. Nice tactile click. Really durable coating. Comfortable and ergonomic function. I bought another one because it was so nice. It is at a reasonable price as well. I will recommend and buy it again in the future.
