Is this product able to be used with Griffin armament a2 / hider suppressor mount?

The 2A Armament T3 Compensator should work with that muzzle device. However, I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

What outside dia is this? Will it work with a m7 bayonet?

The Outer diameter of the T3 Compensator is 0.90". It should fit and function fine with a bayonet equipped to your rifle as it is almost identical (dimensionally) to a standard A2 flash hider.
