The 5.11 Tactical Competition Shooting Gloves feature maximum dexterity, breathability, and flexibility. Three conductive fingers allow you to use your touchscreen devices without removing your gloves. However, they do not provide increased grip as they are intentionally thin to allow for use with electronics. I would actually recommend the 5.11 Tactical High Abrasion Tac Glove which provides a super synthetic suede palm and fingers that will assist in racking the slide. They should be snug but not too tight.
Yes, these gloves are latex free.
Not really. Shot in 34° F and gloves did little to keep my hands warm. They are great if you are being very active in the cold ie I wear them on my 1.3 mile brisk walk to and from work. But for stationary activities like shooting they vent too much to provide significant protection from the cold.
