How well does a plate carrier work with this pack?

Unfortunately, the 5.11 Tactical 55L Rush72 2.0 Backpack is no longer available. I would recommend the 5.11 Tactical All Hazards Prime pack, found in the link below. The pack will work fine with a plate carrier as it is fully adjustable to conform and fit comfortably while wearing a plate carrier.

What hydration bladder will fit in this pack?

The 5.11 Tactical 55L Rush72 2.0 Backpack features a 3L hydration pocket that is 21" x 13.5". So any hydration bladder that fits within those specifications will work. I'd recommend the Eberlestock 3 Liter Hydration System, found using the following link:
