The 5.11 Tactical Tac Tec Plate Carrier for Ballistics and Training can accept 24mm wide SAPI plates size medium (12.5x9.5x2in) and large (13.25x10.25x2.25in). A variety of compatible plates can be found here:

This has adjustable waist and tensional bands, but only adjusts from sizes XS to XL.
