Yes. ATI Outdoors states their Ruger 10/22 Strikeforce Stock is compatible with all Ruger 10/22 rifles with the exception of takedown models.

This stock is for a Ruger 10/22 but the ATI Outdoor - ATI Ruger Mini-14 Strikeforce Adjustable Side Folding TactLite Stock has a QD mounting point in the stock for a QD sling.

No. The ATI Outdoors Strikeforce Adjustable Side-Folding TactLite Stock For Ruger 10/22 will not fit a Takedown 10/22. You can find all of the compatible 10/22 Takedown stocks we carry by using the following link:

This ATI Outdoors Strikeforce Adjustable Side-Folding TactLite Stock will fit all Ruger 10/22 models with the exception of the Takedown model, and those with a bull barrel.
