There are two Advantage Arms Glock conversion .22 kits listed with barrel length 4.02 and 4.49. Is the longer one threaded ?

The Advantage Arms Glock 19/23 Gen 4 .22 LR Conversion Kit with the slightly longer barrel is for Gen 4 model Glocks and the model with the shorter barrel is for Gen 1-3 Glocks. Neither model of the Advantage Arms Glock 19/23 Gen 4 .22 LR Conversion Kit has a threaded barrel.

According to the manufacturer the Advantage Arms Glock 19/23 Gen 4 .22 LR Conversion Kit w/10-Round Magazine will not work on any aftermarket Glock frames.

The Advantage Arms Glock 19/23 Gen 4 .22 LR Conversion Kit w/10-Round Magazine and Range Bag could possibly work on the MR920 as OEM gen 4 Glock 19 slides fit the MR920. However, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly to confirm compatibility.

Would this upper receiver be safe to us in a Glock modular system like the CAA MCK?

The Advantage Arms Glock 19/23 Gen 4 .22 LR Conversion Kit w/10-Round Magazine should be able to fit and function with the CAA MCK. However, certain things like how far the slide comes back and ejection may hinder the kits functionality. I would recommend reaching out to CAA directly and see if they say its compatible or not.
