Can you put this on a sub compact polymer 80?

Technically this should work on a properly completed Polymer80 frame, however the manufacturer will only guarantee function on a factory Glock frame.

The Advantage Arms Glock 26/27 .22 LR Conversion Kit will not work with a Gen 5 Glock 26/27.

The manufacturer does not recommend a specific type of oil to use with the Advantage Arms Glock 26/27 .22 LR Conversion Kit. The gun oil at the link below will work.

lets say i wanted to take the barrel and recoil spring out and throw it in a 26 gen 3 slide i have now would it be compatible?

No, that would not work. The manufacturer specifically states that the Advantage Arms Glock 26/27 .22 LR Conversion Kits are only compatible with the Glock Models and Generations they are specified for use with.
