If you choose an option that had a BCG / CH (the more expensive one) then thats what you will receive. I just took delivery 11/2 and its all there. The description is literally a cut and paste job from Aero’s website. This should be more clearly defined by Optics Planet
In response to the “expert answer,”...... why is the carbine length complete upper with pinned front sight $100 cheaper than the complete upper with pinned front sight, charging handle and BCG? There are 2 carbine options, $100 difference in price and when viewing those options, the more expensive clearly says “includes BCG and charging handle.” Yet here I am, as confused as everyone else reading the “detailed description.” So basically everyone is getting the shaft who chooses the $1xx “includes BCG and CH, because it actually does not come with it? Is that because optics planet scalps the BCG and CH and resells it for more while simultaneously still offering the upper with those items included? I’m sure glad I took the time before I paid for it, that doesn’t help the folks who have already purchased though.

Mine did NOT include the CH or BCG. It would be an unbelievable deal at $280 if it did include it. Actually a great deal at $280 with $28+ Optic Planet bucks back. Free shipping too.
