“Product Info” clearly states that this includes the BCG and CH. “Features” state in all caps DOES NOT include BCG or CH. So which is it?

This does not include a BCG or a charging handle. Would have to purchase those separately.

Is the flash suppressor pinned and if so is it welded? I would need a muzzle brake as per NJ compliance.

I'm also pretty new to the AR platform. But I believe the flash suppressor is threaded, so would need to twist and torque.
