The Aero Precision AR15 20in 5.56 Complete Upper Receiver does not include a BCG or charging handle.

If I were to put an optic on this upper would I need a riser? And how tall if need be? Accidentally answered someone’s question instead of asking mine

To mount an optic to the Aero Precision AR15 20in 5.56 Complete Upper Receiver you have to options. You can remove the carry handle and mount and optic to the picatinny rail on the receiver. Or you can get an optic that is compatible with a carry handle mount like certain models of the ACOG. It would depend on what optic you want to mount to the Aero Precision AR15 20in 5.56 Complete Upper Receiver.
