Each buffer has their weight on the product page.
It is not recommended, I would recommend an H1 or H2 buffer.
If your barrel is under 14” I’d definitely go with a H3, I have a 10.5” upper and my H2 will actually run, but they guys at Delta Team Tactical specifically told me they’d recommend a H3 buffer. I’m also going to try out a springco “enhanced” power buffer spring to help as well.
The buffer spring at the link below will work.

Yes. The Aero Precision AR15 Buffer I would recommend is the H3. MPN: APRH100953C
For 300 blackout, especially with a short barrel, you want to go heavier on your buffer to help minimize and control the recoil.
The Aero Precision AR15 Buffer I would recommend is an H2 buffer MPN:APRH100284C
H1 and H2 buffers are typically used in 5.56 builds and seem to be the most reliable buffers to help the firearm function correctly. It similar with 224 Valkyrie. If you have a barrel length above 11.5 inches I would say to use the H2. If it is smaller that 11.5 inches, then go with the H3.
This will be dependent on the manufacturer of the barrel and and components. We recommend contacting them directly for recommended buffer systems.
